The staff are fantastic; really thoughtful and go above and beyond to support guests. Massive room and well located; the best example of a Premier Inn.
Stayed at this premier hotel over Christmas Staff were friendly and the room quiet and comfortable. The cooked breakfast buffet was excellent value and the adjoining Pub seved good Ale and a delicious Steak Good location for the Lizard area and Falmouth
Location is great , staff great , room not the best. Very dated , smells of damp , air con is pointless, hot water is warm and WiFi is worse than 2001 dial up. ( honestly the worst WiFi I have had … ever)
My Friends and Myself arrived yesterday and Greeted very Well by the Reception person Michelle who Exceptionatly very Professional and Helpful. Lovely Premier and lovely Big Room for me. There enough room for me to Inflate my Huge 36inch Balloons for my video making activity. Lots of room there is. Very clean and tidy. Next door is a very Lovely Pub to have aome Excellent Beer and Food. That is where we will be having our Breakfasts each morning. What a Great place in the village of Helston/ Cornwall. I Totally recommend this Hotel and Pub. Chris, Madonna and Jonathan.
Quiet room but it and the corridors smelled damp with visible mould. Looks like whole place needs a vacuum. Bed was caved in and toilet dispenser was frustrating- use normal rolls?! Reception staff were great, professional and helpful.
Despite having to move rooms, due to a plumbing issue, this is probably the best Premier Inn we've stayed at. Very nice and helpful staff, plus good accessibility for my disabled partner, and a 'proper' wet room!
I cannot praise the staff highly enough. They have gone above and beyond to help when I needed to change rooms. The whole place was spotless and the friendly staff were the icing on the cake. We would definitely stay here again.
Premier Inn itself is lovely. The rooms are big, clean and didn't hear any road noise. They supply you with shampoo/body wash and have a basic hairdryer. If you have thick or long hair you will want to bring your own. The beds are comfy though a little soft for us. The children have a full size single. The aircon is controlled by the guest and was quiet when running. It didn't disturb us and I am a light sleeper. The staff were lovely and friendly. On arrival they greeted us and even spoke to my 13 year where most people try to avoid a stroppy teen. We would go to the Premier inn again but wouldn't have the breakfast option. We found the selection poor compared to other establishments that we have used. The pub is very dirty and not very welcoming. We had a yogurt that was sour and lumpy. The bread and pastries were stale. The microwave was disgusting. I wanted to heat pancakes up but I couldn't bring myself to use it.
